Who is responsible for your information

Prumo Works Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 17384166. Its registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and information you provide in your message. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse; Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details for that purpose.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance so we can improve the website. The beacon processes information such as the page and referrer, browser and device type, and page-load performance. It does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers and does not read or write local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB. Cloudflare receives the source IP address as part of the network request and states that it discards it at the nearest data centre rather than storing it in its analytics databases.

We use the resulting aggregate statistics only to understand and improve this website, not for advertising, cross-site tracking, or profiling. To the extent this processing involves personal information, we rely on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the website. You may object by contacting us.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your message, discuss potential work, and protect the form from spam and misuse. We rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, and where relevant on taking steps you request before entering into a contract.

Who receives it

Information is handled by Prumo Works and by service providers needed to operate the website and email, including Cloudflare. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy, and you may object to how it is used. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
